Queen of Pattani or Queen of Langkasuka
Sahamongkol Film International, the Thai film company behind martial arts hits ONG-BAK, THE PROTECTOR (aka TOM YUM GOONG) and THE BODYGUARD recently premiered their latest at Cannes. Its director Nonzee Nimibutr’s highly anticipated fantasy epic THE QUEEN OF LANGKASUKA which is heading to Thai theaters on October 23th.
THE QUEEN OF LANGKASUKA is a period fantasy actioner filled with sea creatures, pirates, magic, and martial arts combat. It stars Lao-Aussie actor Ananda Everingham, martial artist Dan Chupong (DYNAMITE WARRIOR) and Winai Kraibutr (BANG RAJAN).
